Arsmetallo partner di Cosmopack Factory Bologna 2018


Location

This event will take place at the BolognaFiere Exhibition Centre, Bologna, Italy.


Purpose

The Cosmopack Factory is a "live" conceptual factory built on the show floor to demonstrate the entire lifecycle of a beauty product. In 2018, the project was titled "Extreme Lightweight" and focused on the creation of an innovative, professional-grade powder compact.

Arsmetallo’s specific role and purpose included:

  1. Engineering the Packaging: As a leader in metal accessories and luxury packaging components, Arsmetallo provided the technical expertise for the metal elements of the compact.
  2. Demonstrating "Extreme Lightweight" Technology: The goal of the 2018 Factory was to show how a product could feel "prestige" while being incredibly light. Arsmetallo helped develop a compact made of ultra-thin, high-performance materials that reduced environmental impact without losing a luxury feel.
  3. Industrial Integration: Arsmetallo’s components had to be perfectly compatible with the other partners in the "Factory" chain, including:
  4. Ancorotti Cosmetics (the formulation/powder).
  5. Marchesini Group (the automated packaging machinery).
  6. Showcasing "Made in Italy" Excellence: The collaboration was designed to prove to international buyers that Italian suppliers could work in total synergy to create a finished product from scratch in a matter of minutes.
