The production cycle includes aluminum deep drawing, mechanical polishing, electrolytic oxidation, and custom decorations such as screen printing, pad printing, engraving, laser engraving, UV printing, double oxidation, and embossed punching. The process is completed by plastic injection molding, assembly, and rigorous quality control.
